How to set up Home Days for a hybrid schedule

  1. 1Click Settings under Administration in the sidebar, then open the "Planner & families" section
  2. 2Find the "At-home day label" field and enter your school's vocabulary (e.g. "Home Day", "Satellite Day", "Co-op Day") — blank means "Home Day"
  3. 3Under "Weekly family digest", check "Send the Sunday digest" so families with published plans get one "your week at home" email every Sunday
  4. 4Click Save (each settings section saves on its own)
  5. 5Click Classes under Learning, open a hybrid class, and scroll to the "Lesson planner" card
  6. 6Set "Families see" to "Home-day plans only (published weeks)" — families get home-day checklists, materials, and attachments while campus-day plans stay completely private
  7. 7Teachers mark home-day lessons in the Planner and publish each week to send them out
