Only your school. Every school's data is fully isolated, staff access is controlled per person by role, families only ever see their own children, and every view of a student record is logged — who, what, and when.
Is our students' data used to train AI?+
No — never. We don't use your school's data to train AI models or share it with AI services — and we'll put that commitment in writing for your board: ask at support@pearspark.com.
Can we start with just admissions this fall?+
Yes — it's a common way in. Take next year's applications and re-enrollment in Pearspark now; when the new year starts, every accepted student is already in the system, so attendance, grades, and billing just begin. One price covers all of it either way.
Can we switch mid-year?+
