Chapel, Bible, and the calendar you actually keep

Most classical schools are Christian schools, and nothing here assumes otherwise. Bible, theology and doctrine are courses like any other — on the weekly schedule, on the report card, on the transcript with credits beside Latin. Chapel sits on the schedule too. Holy days and the days you close for them are entered once as school calendar days, and the planner, the rotation and attendance all follow that one entry. The conduct section of the report card is yours to name and to define — Virtue, Character, whatever your handbook calls it — and the behavior ladder follows your handbook rather than a built-in one. Report cards and transcripts carry your school's own name and logo.

History comes with you

Already have years of paper records? Past academic history imports from a spreadsheet, so transcripts are complete from day one — not from the day you switched. Common questions

Can transcripts include our full course catalog — Latin, logic, rhetoric?
Yes. Courses are whatever you teach; transcripts list every year and course with credits and GPA, and print cleanly to PDF from the browser.
We grade on our own scale. Can Pearspark match it?
Grade scales are school-defined and versioned by year, so every posted mark is backed by the scale that was in force. Standards-based grading is also built in if lower-school skills reporting uses E/S/N or a 1–4 scale.
We're a classical Christian school. Does anything have to be worked around?
Not that we have found, and it is worth saying plainly, because most classical schools are Christian schools. Bible and theology are courses like any other — scheduled, graded, credited, printed on the transcript. Chapel days and holy days are calendar entries the planner and the rotation respect, entered once. The conduct or character section of the report card carries your name for it and your own definitions of each level, and the discipline ladder is the one in your handbook. What Pearspark does not do is the church side of a church school: no giving or tithing records, no parish membership, no fundraising or donor CRM.
Can we import a decade of existing transcripts?
Historical academic records import from CSV with a dry-run preview — years, courses, grades, and credits — so transcripts are complete from day one on Pearspark.
