How to set up the public online application form

1Click Admissions under People in the sidebar
2Click More in the page header, then Application form — the dialog is titled "Public application form"
3Check Accept online applications
4Copy Your application link and put it on your school's website
5Optionally add a Welcome message shown above the form
6Build the form questions: "Add your own question" (Short answer, Paragraph, Dropdown, or Yes / no), or pick a ready-made one from "Add a standard field" such as Date of birth
7Click Save — applications now land in this pipeline and admins get an email
