How to import applicants from CSV

  1. 1Go to "Admissions" in the sidebar
  2. 2Open the "More" menu in the page header and click "Export CSV" first if you want a template with the exact column headers
  3. 3Open "More" again and click "Import CSV"
  4. 4In the "Import applicants from CSV" dialog, choose your "CSV file" — columns: First Name, Last Name, Mother's Name, Father's Name, Email, Phone Number, plus checkpoint columns like Applied, Rec Letter, Interview Scheduled, Accepted (checkpoints accept yes/x/✓/a date)
  5. 5Click "Import" — every applicant lands on the pipeline board with their checkpoints already filled in
