Paste this where your builder takes HTML. The menu item is usually called Embed, HTML or Code. The form grows with its content and takes the colors, font and corners you set in Pearspark.

For the interest form, change kind="apply" to kind="interest". Both forms on one page share the one script line.

My builder strips scripts

Use the script-free version. The form works the same; it sits in a box of the height you give it instead of growing, so check it on a phone.

Replace your-school with the last part of your pearspark.com/apply link.

For the interest form, change /embed/apply/ to /embed/interest/ and the height to about 500px.

Your look, not ours

The form uses your brand colors, your choice of font and corners, and a transparent background, so it reads as part of your page. Change them in Pearspark and every site updates.

Nothing passes through your site

The form is a Pearspark page shown in a frame. What a family types goes to Pearspark and lands on your admissions list. Your website never stores it.

Find your school link

In Pearspark, open Admissions, then the more menu, then Website embed. Your link looks like pearspark.com/apply/your-school, and that last part is what every snippet asks for.
