In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Choose the zip you downloaded, click Install Now, then Activate.

Go to Settings → Pearspark and paste your school's application link. It is in Pearspark under Admissions → Website embed and looks like pearspark.com/apply/your-school. Save. The page confirms which school it found and whether each form is open.

Edit the page where the form belongs. Add the Pearspark form block, pick Application or Request information, and publish. The editor shows the real form.

No block editor? Paste a shortcode instead. Shortcodes work in the Classic editor and in Elementor, Divi and WPBakery.

On WordPress.com, uploading a plugin needs the Business plan or higher. On other WordPress.com plans, add a Custom HTML block and paste this instead. Same form, no plugin.

Replace your-school with the last part of your pearspark.com/apply link.
For the interest form, change kind="apply" to kind="interest". Both forms on one page share the one script line.
Nothing a family types passes through your WordPress site. The form is a Pearspark page shown in a frame, and it posts to Pearspark.
The plugin's settings page contacts pearspark.com once to check your school link, and caches the answer for five minutes. That is its only outside call; the readme spells it out.
