Steps

   In the Designer, open the Add panel and drag an Embed element onto the page.

   Paste this into the embed's code box and click Save & Close.

   Copy the codeReplace your-school with the last part of your pearspark.com/apply link.

   For the interest form, change kind="apply" to kind="interest". Both forms on one page share the one script line.

   Publish. The Designer canvas shows a placeholder; the form appears on the published site.

Good to know

• If your Webflow plan does not include custom code, link a button to the form's own page instead — your application link from Pearspark, under Admissions → Website embed.

Questions

The form is cut off at the bottom.

Check that the Embed element has no fixed height in the Style panel. The form reports its own height, and the element has to be free to grow.
