Photos are a partial rather than a gap: teachers post classroom photo moments to the family portal, but there is no per-child daily feed of naps, bottles and diapers. If subsidy or Head Start money is central to that room, run both for a term rather than forever: the childcare app keeps doing the subsidy claim and the ratios, everything else — enrollment, health records, observations, report cards, the family's one invoice and one app — moves now. The exit is the year rollover, when that class promotes into kindergarten inside Pearspark and the old system is a billing pipe for one program instead of a second school.
Can a pre-K checklist and a fifth-grade letter grade live in the same system?
Yes — grade scales are set per class.
