Grading policy that matches how you actually grade
Points, per-assignment weights, or weighted categories — per class. Drop each student's lowest N scores automatically (per category in category mode). Students and parents see a What-If view that projects how the next score changes their average, which quietly ends the "what do I need on the final" email.
From posted grades to paper, without retyping
Post term grades once and they become report cards and transcripts. Transcripts compute GPA and credits with two credit modes (per grading period or one final grade per year), print cleanly to PDF from the browser, and show graduation or withdrawal dates automatically.
Analytics teachers actually look at
Each class has a summary view — score distributions, per-student trend lines, missing-work tracking — and a per-student drill-down. Copy assignments between classes and export any gradebook to CSV whenever you want your data elsewhere.

Common questions
Can teachers grade without clicking into dialogs?
Yes — the gradebook is a grid. Click a cell (or arrow-key to it), type the score, and move on. Everything autosaves, and a one-click undo reverses the last change. Excused and missing are one-keystroke codes.
Do report cards and transcripts cost extra?
No. Posted grades flow into report cards and printable transcripts with GPA at no extra charge — there are no per-module fees anywhere in Pearspark.
Can we import our existing gradebook?
