Common questions
We're all volunteers. Who ends up running this?
Roles keep it split: the treasurer gets billing, the librarian gets the library, teachers get their classes. Custom roles and per-person access overrides mean nobody needs full admin rights to do their one job.
Can families see plans for the days between meetings?
Yes — that's the Home Days feature. Teachers write family checklists with time estimates and materials, publish the week in one click, and families check items off (or flag what didn't land) from their portal.
We charge dues per family, not tuition per student. Does billing fit?
Plans are flexible: bill monthly or by term, at whatever amount fits each family. Invoices go to the family's billing contact, they pay online through Stripe, and reminders go out automatically.
