How to record immunization doses and exemptions

  1. 1Click Students under People in the sidebar and open the student
  2. 2Click the "Health & behavior" tab and find the immunizations area
  3. 3Click Dose — the dialog is titled "Record immunization dose"
  4. 4Pick the Vaccine and optionally enter Dose #, Date, and Notes, then click Add dose
  5. 5For an exempt student, click Exemption instead, choose the Exemption on file, attach a Supporting document, and click Save
  6. 6Open the Health page under People and use "Search students…" — the roster paginates, and each row reads Complete / Missing / Exempt
