Enter the vaccines your state requires; Pearspark tracks each student's doses and exemptions and shows a compliance view of who's current, exempt, or missing. Or keep just the signed form: families upload it from the portal, the office uploads a folder of PDFs matched to students by filename, and the Health page shows who is on file.
