Steps

   Edit the page. Click an insert point — the + that appears between blocks — and choose Code.

   Delete the sample text and paste this. Leave the type set to HTML and turn off Display Source.

   Copy the codeReplace your-school with the last part of your pearspark.com/apply link.

   For the interest form, change kind="apply" to kind="interest". Both forms on one page share the one script line.

   Save. The block shows a placeholder while you edit; the form appears on the live page.

Good to know

• If your plan's Code block does not run scripts, paste the script-free version instead and give the block a height in its settings. The form works the same; it just cannot grow to fit.

  For the interest form, change /embed/apply/ to /embed/interest/ and the height to about 500px.

• For a button that opens the form on its own page, link it to your application link from Pearspark (Admissions → Website embed).

Squarespace shows a grey box where the form should be.

That is the editor. Code blocks render only on the live page. Save and open the page in a normal browser tab.
