Steps

   In the Build tab, drag the Embed Code element onto the page.

   Click the element, then Edit Custom HTML, and paste this.

   <pearspark-form school="your-school" kind="apply"></pearspark-form>

   Copy the codeReplace your-school with the last part of your pearspark.com/apply link.

   For the interest form, change kind="apply" to kind="interest". Both forms on one page share the one script line.

   Click outside the element, then Publish.

Good to know

• If the form looks clipped, drag the element's bottom edge to give it more room. Weebly sometimes holds the height the element was first drawn at.
