Pearspark for Google Sites

Insert → Embed the form sits in a box you size

Insert → Embed, by code or by URL. Give the box enough height.

Steps

Click Insert, then Embed.

Choose the Embed code tab and paste this. Click Next, then Insert.

Replace your-school with the last part of your pearspark.com/apply link.
For the interest form, change kind="apply" to kind="interest". Both forms on one page share the one script line.

Drag the box's handles to make it tall enough — about 750 px for the application and 500 px for the interest form — then Publish.

Google Sites puts every embed in a box of fixed height, so the form cannot grow past the room you give it. Check the live page on a phone, where the form is taller.
Simpler still: Insert → Embed → By URL, and paste the form's own address.
