Yes. Add two custom elements and set kind to apply on one and interest on the other.

Where do the applications go?

To your Pearspark admissions list. Wix never stores them; the form is a Pearspark page inside the element.

Open your site in the Wix Editor. Click Add Elements (+), then Embed Code, then Custom Element. In Wix Studio it is Add Elements → Embed → Custom Element.

Click the new element, then Choose Source. Pick Server URL and enter the script address and the tag name.

Custom elements need a Wix premium plan with your own domain connected. Without that, use Embed HTML instead: Add Elements → Embed Code → Embed HTML, paste this, and set the box height by hand — around 700 px for the application and 500 px for the interest form. The form works the same; it just cannot grow inside Wix's box, so check it on a phone.

For the interest form, change /embed/apply/ to /embed/interest/ and the height to about 500px.
There is no Pearspark app in the Wix App Market. The custom element does the same job without one.
The element shows a placeholder while you edit. The real form appears in Preview and on the live site.
