How to let the school know your child is not returning

  1. 1Click Home in the portal navigation bar and open your child's card
  2. 2In the re-enrollment banner, click "Not returning"
  3. 3In the dialog, answer "May we ask why?" in the text box (moving, cost, program fit…)
  4. 4Type your full name in the "Type your full name to sign" field
  5. 5Click Send
  6. 6If plans change later, use the "Update: returning" link under the confirmation notice
