How to open re-enrollment and chase responses

  1. 1Click Admissions under People in the sidebar
  2. 2Open the "More" menu in the page header and click Open re-enrollment
  3. 3Confirm the year in Confirming for and optionally set Ask families to answer by
  4. 4Click Open it — every family with an active student is asked in the portal
  5. 5Watch the Re-enrollment card for returning / not returning / no answer counts
  6. 6The card's reminder button carries the count of families still to answer — open it and click Send reminders
  7. 7Click Close window then Close it when you're done — answers feed the year-end rollover
