How to track fingerprint clearances before they expire

  1. 1Click Volunteers under People in the sidebar
  2. 2Open the All volunteers tab
  3. 3Set the clearance filter to Expiring soon and click Search
  4. 4Open the row menu and click Edit
  5. 5Set Clearance status, Expires, and Clearance card number
  6. 6Click Save
  7. 7Filter to Cleared to confirm the update
