How to publish the week's plans to families

  1. 1Open the week in the Planner.
  2. 2Make sure each lesson is checked Ready to teach — only ready lessons publish.
  3. 3Open More in the page header and click Publish to families — families of your full-detail classes see the week and get one email.
  4. 4Look for the send icon on each lesson: green means published, amber means edited since publishing.
  5. 5Edited something? Open More and publish again to update families.
