Feedback Survey Drawing — Official Rules

Pear Spark LLC ("Pearspark," "we," "us"). Questions about this drawing: support@pearspark.com.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Students may not enter. The survey asks students what they think of Pearspark, and we want their answers — but a student's answer is never an entry in the drawing, whatever boxes appear on their screen.

Employees, contractors, officers and members of Pear Spark LLC, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

If your school's policies or your state's law restrict accepting a gift of this kind from a vendor, those rules govern — please do not enter.

Entries are accepted from the date the survey opens through the date the survey closes. Entries recorded outside that window are not eligible for the drawing. Answers given after it closes are still read — they are simply not entries.

Through the survey. Answer the feedback survey in Pearspark and tick the box that enters you in the drawing. You do not have to answer any optional question to be entered — the rating is all that is required, and what you say has no bearing on whether you win.

Free alternate entry, no survey required. Send an email to support@pearspark.com with the subject "Drawing entry" and include your full name and a mailing address (your school too, if you are with one). An email received during the entry period counts exactly the same as an entry through the survey.

One entry per person, by either route. Answering the survey twice, or emailing twice, does not add an entry. Entries generated by script, bot, or any automated means are void.

One (1) prize: a $100 Visa prepaid gift card. Approximate retail value $100. One prize total, not one per school. The prize is not transferable, no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at our discretion, and any tax on it is the winner's responsibility.

After the entry period closes, one entry is selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

The winner is notified by email at the address on their entry. If we cannot reach them, or they do not respond within fourteen (14) days, the prize is forfeited and we may draw again from the remaining eligible entries.

Survey answers are used to decide what we build and fix. We may quote an answer internally; we do not publish your answers with your name, your school's name, or anything else that identifies you without asking you first.

An email address given for the drawing is used to run the drawing and to send the prize, and — only if you ticked the box saying it was fine — to follow up about what you told us. It is never sold, and it is not added to a marketing list. See our Privacy Policy.

If we ask a happy respondent to leave a public review, that is a link and nothing more. The review is theirs to write, we never see it before it is published, and no prize, discount, or entry depends on writing one.

By entering you agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this drawing. We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, or made by someone not eligible.

We may cancel, suspend, or amend this drawing if fraud, a technical failure, or anything else beyond our reasonable control corrupts its fairness or administration. If it is cancelled, we will award the prize by random drawing from the eligible entries received up to the point of cancellation.

This drawing is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any software review site, and no review site has any involvement in it.
