How to print barcode labels for books and resources

  1. 1Click Library under "Library & resources" in the sidebar
  2. 2Open the More menu and click "Print labels" for a sheet covering every copy, or open one book and click "Print all labels" for just its copies
  3. 3Print the label sheet and stick the barcodes on your books
  4. 4For equipment, click Resources in the sidebar and use its "Print labels" button the same way
  5. 5Barcodes use your school prefix from Settings, under "Library & barcodes" (e.g. "RIV-BK-000123" for books, "RIV-RS-000123" for resources)
