How to investigate messages with oversight search

  1. 1Click Messages under Communication in the sidebar
  2. 2Open Message oversight
  3. 3Note the warning: these are private messages, and searches and opened messages are written to the activity log
  4. 4Type into "Search sender, subject, or text…" and optionally filter by recipient
  5. 5Click Search and open the relevant thread
  6. 6Click Clear when done
