Put your school's letterhead on report cards and transcripts

A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 7 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.

How to put your school's letterhead on report cards and transcripts

  1. 1Click Settings under Administration in the sidebar, then open the "Branding" section — the "School logo" at the top is the one your documents print.
  2. 2On the "Printed documents" card, set "Letterhead layout" ("Name left, title right" or "Centered under the logo") and "Logo size" (Small, Medium or Large).
  3. 3Fill "Report card title" (blank prints "Report Card") and "Report card subtitle".
  4. 4Fill "Transcript title" (blank prints "Academic Transcript") and "Transcript subtitle".
  5. 5Type a motto, verse or website into "Footer note", then click Save.
  6. 6Open the "Academics" section: under "Report card skills layout" pick "Checklist grid — a column per rating", under "Report card attendance" tick "Show the whole year on every card", and click Save.
  7. 7Click Students, find a student, open the Academics tab, and click a term on the "Report cards" card (or "Full transcript") to check the result.

Part of Student records & compliance

Add or import students, print a complete records packet when a family transfers, bring years of academic history in from CSV, and audit every change in the activity log.
