How to check your financial aid decision

1Click Billing in the portal navigation bar
2Click the financial aid banner to open the Financial aid page
3Read the badge on each Application card — Submitted, In review, Awarded, or Declined
4On an approved one, read "Your application was approved." and the school's note beneath it
5Check the "Your family's aid" card for each child's award and how much comes off each bill
6While an application is still in review, click "Withdraw" and confirm in the dialog
7Return to Billing — the award is listed under the invoice line it discounts
