Withdraw a financial aid application
A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 5 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.
How to withdraw a financial aid application
- 1Click "Billing" in the portal navigation, then the banner about your application — for example "The school is reviewing your financial aid application." — to open the Financial aid page.
- 2Find your application card — it's titled "Application" with your children's names and the submitted date.
- 3Click "Withdraw" at the bottom right of the card.
- 4The dialog explains that any uploaded documents are deleted and you can apply again while applications are open.
- 5Click "Withdraw" to confirm — the card now reads "You withdrew this application."
Part of Financial aid, scholarships & ESA
Set the year's aid budget, take applications in the portal, decide them against a sliding scale, and let every award land on the invoice by itself — plus the ESA and scholarship paperwork states keep asking for.
