How to export the gradebook to CSV
- 1Open your class from Classes in the sidebar and click Gradebook
- 2Open the More menu in the page header and click Export CSV — a CSV downloads with one row per student and one column per assignment
- 3Edit it in a spreadsheet if you like — max points live in the header, e.g. "Quiz 1 (20)"
- 4It round-trips: reopen the More menu, click Import, and upload the same file to bring edited grades back in
Part of Gradebook, report cards & transcripts
Enter grades in a spreadsheet-style grid, post them once, and watch report cards and transcripts assemble themselves — plus the What-If views families use on their side.
