How to export the gradebook to CSV

  1. 1Open your class from Classes in the sidebar and click Gradebook
  2. 2Open the More menu in the page header and click Export CSV — a CSV downloads with one row per student and one column per assignment
  3. 3Edit it in a spreadsheet if you like — max points live in the header, e.g. "Quiz 1 (20)"
  4. 4It round-trips: reopen the More menu, click Import, and upload the same file to bring edited grades back in

Part of Gradebook, report cards & transcripts

Enter grades in a spreadsheet-style grid, post them once, and watch report cards and transcripts assemble themselves — plus the What-If views families use on their side.
