Move a student past a skill she is held on

A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 6 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.

How to move a student past a skill she is held on

  1. 1Click Learning then Planner, then the Tracks pill
  2. 2Find the row that reads "Working on" with the lock icon
  3. 3Click the More button at the end of that row, then Move on anyway
  4. 4Type your reason in the Why box — it is required and kept with your name
  5. 5Click Move [first name] on
  6. 6The skill stays on her row as a strand until somebody says she has it
