How to choose what families see from your lesson plans

  1. 1Click Classes in the Learning section of the sidebar and open your class
  2. 2Scroll to the Lesson planner card
  3. 3Under "Families see", pick a level: "Nothing — plans stay private", "This week's topics (titles only)", "Full plans (published weeks)", or "Home-day plans only (published weeks)"
  4. 4Topics shows a what-we're-learning card in the portal — titles only, never your notes
  5. 5The published-week levels share family-facing sections, checklists, attachments, and photos — "Home-day plans only" keeps campus-day plans completely private
  6. 6Whatever you pick, drafts, staff-only sections, and differentiation groups never appear on the portal
