How to customize one user's access with an override

  1. 1Click Users under Administration in the sidebar
  2. 2Find the user, open the actions menu at the end of their row, and click Access
  3. 3The "Access override" dialog shows every permission with their role's defaults
  4. 4Grant extras or deny defaults for just this person
  5. 5Click "Save access" — a "customized" badge appears next to their role in the table
