Email the enrollment packet to an accepted family
A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 7 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.
How to email the enrollment packet to an accepted family
- 1Set up what the packet asks first: click More, then Application form, and set a question to "After acceptance"; under Agreements, add a form families must sign — with neither, the Email enrollment packet button is greyed out, and hovering it says "Nothing to send yet"
- 2Click Admissions under People in the sidebar
- 3Find the accepted applicant — the progress bar on their row shows how many of the admissions steps are done
- 4Click "Email enrollment packet" at the right of the row (it only appears once the family is accepted and has an email on file)
- 5Confirm the prompt — it names the address and says the family will fill in health details, pickup permissions and documents
- 6The row's button becomes "Resend enrollment packet"; use it if the family loses the email
- 7When the family finishes, the button reads "Forms received" — click Enroll on the row to review what their answers will create, then click "Enroll student"
Part of Admissions, enrollment & re-enrollment
A public application form that feeds a checkpoint pipeline, interviews with named interviewers, one-click enrollment, and spring re-enrollment that chases its own responses.
