See which pages bring families in

A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 6 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.

How to see which pages bring families in

  1. 1Click Admissions under People in the sidebar, then click On your website
  2. 2Scroll to "Where families came from" — it covers the last 90 days
  3. 3Read each row: a page of your site, or the site that sent the family (Google, Instagram, ChatGPT), with Families, Applied and Enrolled; a family counts once, however many children
  4. 4Every family who uses your forms (a question, a booking or an application) is counted; families added by hand are not. Pasted a whole form before? Copy it again from "Whole forms on a page" so pages show, not just your site
  5. 5Under "One link for everywhere else", click Copy beside a tagged link such as "Your Instagram bio" and paste it there; those families show as Instagram
  6. 6Open a family on Admissions to see "Came from:" under their details; the email about a new question says it too

Part of Admissions, enrollment & re-enrollment

A public application form that feeds a checkpoint pipeline, interviews with named interviewers, one-click enrollment, and spring re-enrollment that chases its own responses.
