How to set up tour times families can book

  1. 1Click Admissions under People in the sidebar, then click Tours
  2. 2No visit yet? Click Open admissions path, click Group tour under "Add a step", then click Save path and "Tour times and bookings"
  3. 3Click Add tour times — the visit, the next weekday at 9:30, weekly for eight weeks and you as host are filled in
  4. 4Tick the days under "On" and set "Until"; the line underneath counts the times
  5. 5Set "Families per time", then fill "Where" and "Getting in"
  6. 6Leave "Skip school breaks and closures" ticked and click Add tour times
  7. 7On the "Booking is off" card, click "Turn booking on"
  8. 8Open More › "Booking settings" to set how far ahead families book and when booking closes, or "Put booking on your website" and click "Copy booking link"
