How to invite all your families to the portal at once

  1. 1Click Students under People in the sidebar.
  2. 2Click More in the page header.
  3. 3Click Send invites — the "Send portal invites" dialog opens.
  4. 4Read the note: nothing is emailed when you add or import a family; invites only go out from here.
  5. 5Choose New people only — never invited before, or Everyone not signed in — including people already invited. Each option shows its own parent and student counts.
  6. 6Click Send invites. Everyone counted gets one email with a link to create their account. Students get one only when the school allows student logins and a parent has approved theirs.
  7. 7To remind families who were already invited, open the dialog again and choose Everyone not signed in.
