How to track what the scholarship program still owes you

  1. 1Click Reports under Administration in the sidebar
  2. 2Click Receivables ledger on your program's card
  3. 3Read the four summary cards: funded students, expected this year, expected to date, received
  4. 4Check the outstanding banner and rule out an unapproved invoice or a misfiled deposit
  5. 5Read a funded student's row: expected, expected to date, received, balance
  6. 6Check the Aging column — amber past 45 days, red past 90
  7. 7Read the Total row — what the school is owed, as of today
  8. 8Click Print / Save as PDF or Export CSV to keep a dated copy
