How to build the AUP evidence pack for your auditor

1Open Reports and click Compliance checklist on your state's scholarship card
2In Program requirements, click "Run the AUP evidence pack"
3Read section IV — scholarship students and funds received by funder, against the $250,000 fiscal-year line
4Check VI.B tuition parity — published maximum per grade against what each scholarship student was charged
5Check VI.C — actual school days against 170, and the 540 / 720 / 900 instructional-hour bands
6Check VI.D — attendance days recorded per student per quarter; under 90% coverage is flagged
7Click Print / Save as PDF for the CPA, or Per-student evidence CSV for a flat per-student file
