How to run Florida FES & Step Up scholarship compliance

  1. 1Click Reports under Administration in the sidebar
  2. 2Read the Florida tuition worksheet card — the fee categories EMA recognizes
  3. 3Open Billing, then the Fees tab: an optional or after-care fee is prohibited
  4. 4Open Plans & students and set grade levels, publishing tuition per grade
  5. 5Note there is no Program deposits tab — Florida scholarships pay by ACH
  6. 6Back on Reports, click Compliance checklist on the Florida card
  7. 7Work the deadline cards — quarterly confirmations, test scores, the notarized compliance form
  8. 8Read the withdrawal banner — unenroll in EMA within 5 business days
  9. 9Check the Agreed-Upon Procedures card against this year's projection
  10. 10Click Run the AUP evidence pack for school days, hours, attendance and tuition parity
  11. 11Keep the Scholarship receivables ledger of what each student is still owed

Part of Financial aid, scholarships & ESA

Set the year's aid budget, take applications in the portal, decide them against a sliding scale, and let every award land on the invoice by itself — plus the ESA and scholarship paperwork states keep asking for.
