  3. 3Click Compliance checklist on the card
  4. 4Read the withdrawal banner — 5 calendar days, through three channels
  5. 5Check the per-student withdrawal clock on the roster
  6. 6Read the Unexcused absences column, counted for the current semester
  7. 7Act on a student who reaches 5 unexcused absences — it is reportable like a withdrawal
  8. 8Read the financial-soundness card — $100,000 a year triggers a bond, a CPA letter, or three years in operation
  9. 9Check the June 30 assessment deadline and download the assessment roster CSV
