How to work through the ESA compliance checklist

  1. 1Click Reports under Administration in the sidebar
  2. 2Click Compliance checklist on your program's tuition worksheet card
  3. 3Read the withdrawal banner at the top
  4. 4Check Your tier against the enrolled-student threshold
  5. 5Read the Refund & reimbursement policy card and Edit policy
  6. 6Read the Scholarship students roster and its Program student ID column
  7. 7Check the Withdrawal reporting due date on a withdrawn student
  8. 8Click Mark reported once the withdrawal is filed with the program
  9. 9Read Program requirements and their statute citations
