How to answer a request to serve

  1. 1Click Volunteering in the portal navigation bar
  2. 2The "Can you serve?" card at the top counts the requests the office sent you
  3. 3Read the position, event title, time, and location on the request
  4. 4Click "Accept" to take it — it moves down into "Your upcoming schedule"
  5. 5Click "Decline" on one you can't do, and the office can ask someone else
  6. 6On anything already accepted, "Can't make it" backs you out
