How to update your own phone number or email

  1. 1Click Settings in the portal menu — it sits under More when the top row is full
  2. 2In "Your contact details", change your Phone or Email
  3. 3Click "Save" — your email is also how you sign in, so it must not be blank or already belong to another parent at the school
  4. 4If you had text alerts on, they turn off for a new phone number until you turn them on again under Text messages
