How to print report cards for the whole class at term end
- 1Go to Classes in the sidebar, open your class, then its Gradebook
- 2If the class covers several subjects, pick the subject tab — marks post per subject — then choose the grading period and post term grades or mastery ratings
- 3Once grades are posted, a "Report cards" button appears in the gradebook toolbar
- 4Click Report cards — the batch page opens with every student's report card for the term, one per printed page
- 5Click Print to send the whole stack to the printer in one job
Part of Gradebook, report cards & transcripts
Enter grades in a spreadsheet-style grid, post them once, and watch report cards and transcripts assemble themselves — plus the What-If views families use on their side.
