Rate a student's IEP or ISP goals on the report card

A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 8 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.

How to rate a student's IEP or ISP goals on the report card

  1. 1Click Students under People in the sidebar, open the student, and click the Academics tab
  2. 2On the "Report cards" card, click the term — it is listed once that term's grades are posted
  3. 3Above the card, find the goals box: one row for each goal the office wrote into the student's plan on the Services tab
  4. 4Type a "Status" for each goal — the box suggests your grade scale's labels
  5. 5Add a note beside the status if there is more to say; it prints under the goal
  6. 6Leave a status blank to keep that goal off this term's card
  7. 7Click "Save goal progress" — the goals section appears on the report card below
  8. 8Click "Print / Save as PDF" to print the card; the goals box itself never prints
