How to check who is on track to graduate

  1. 1Click Reports under Administration in the sidebar
  2. 2Open "Graduation progress" in the academics group
  3. 3Read each row: the student, what they are short, worst first
  4. 4If it is empty, publish requirements first under Academics, Graduation
  5. 5It counts the courses they are sitting in now, so a gap here is real rather than an unfinished year
