How to find the families you can't actually reach

  1. 1Click Reports under Administration in the sidebar.
  2. 2Under Families & contacts, find the Family contact gaps card and click View report.
  3. 3Work the four lists: Students with no guardian on file, Guardians without an email, Guardians without a phone, and Students with no authorized pickup.
  4. 4Click Download CSV to hand the list to whoever is making the calls (the card on Reports has its own CSV button too).
  5. 5For a guardian missing an email or phone, click the student's name in the Fix on column — their record opens on the Family tab.
  6. 6Click the pencil beside the guardian, fill in what's missing, and click Save.
  7. 7Come back later — the badge on the card reads "all clear" once every hole is closed.
