How to see enrollment, attendance and collections on one screen

  1. 1Click Reports under Administration in the sidebar.
  2. 2Scroll to the board section and click View overview on the Overview card.
  3. 3Read the charts: enrollment by grade and by month, attendance by grade, collections, receivables aging, and the admissions funnel.
  4. 4Click Show the numbers under a chart to see the table behind it.
  5. 5Click the CSV button on a single card to download just that card's numbers — it's a slice of the same board-pack data, so it can never disagree with the packet.
  6. 6Click Print / Save as PDF to keep the charts, not a table dump.
