Lay a curriculum onto a class calendar

A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 6 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.

How to lay a curriculum onto a class calendar

  1. 1Click Planner in the sidebar, then the Curriculum pill, and open the curriculum
  2. 2Click Lay onto a class
  3. 3Choose the Class and the First lesson on date, then click Preview
  4. 4Read the preview — first and last date, and any lessons that fall past the year's end
  5. 5Click the Lay lessons button (it names the count) and leave "Also add the curriculum's units as bands on the year view" ticked
  6. 6Click Lay them — every lesson lands on a real meeting day as a draft you can edit or bump
