Record a photo release a family gave on paper

A screen recording of Pearspark doing exactly this in a sample school, and the same 7 steps written out below in the labels you'll see on screen.

How to record a photo release a family gave on paper

  1. 1Click Agreements under Administration in the sidebar
  2. 2Scroll to "Who has signed" and click "Mark on file" beside the child
  3. 3Pick the family's answer — Agreed or Declined — when the agreement takes either
  4. 4Choose "From which parent?", set "Date received", and add a note such as "Picture day form"
  5. 5Attach a scan or phone photo under "Paper copy" if you have one
  6. 6Tick "Consent on file" and click Record — the cell now reads on file
  7. 7The family isn't reminded about that form again, a photo release also updates the child's photo consent (Community warns before a picture is posted), and the family can still change the answer in the portal

Part of Forms, agreements & documents

Send permission slips and order forms, collect signed agreements, and keep the handbook and policies where staff and families can find them.
