How to spot repeat behavior patterns

  1. 1Click Behavior under People in the sidebar
  2. 2Click the Patterns tab next to Log
  3. 3Pick a Period — a school year, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or Custom… dates — then click Apply
  4. 4Read the Repeat cases count (students with 3+ entries in the period) and the By type and Month by month cards
  5. 5Scan the By student table to see who is repeating what, month by month
  6. 6Click a student's name to open their record on the Behavior tab, with the incidents behind the numbers
